Our strategy
We focus a majority of our investment capital on stabilized (Core) type of data center investments, with the balance allocated to value-add opportunities with rent uplifts, additional lease-up, and upgrades/conversions through modest capital investment. This has proven to be a successful plan that has netted incredible returns for our investors over the years. Our current pipeline of actionable investment opportunities exceeds $2B. We have historically sourced around 50% of our investment targets off-market through deep industry relationships, ensuring we get access to properties first.
